What is it?
Camber is the angle at which the wheel and tire stand relative to the road.
Caster angle is the displacement from the vertical axis of the suspension of a steered wheel in a car, measured in the longitudinal direction. It is the angle between the pivot line (an imaginary line that runs through the center of the upper ball joint to the center of the lower ball joint) and vertical.

Why do I need it?
The front chamber and toe adjustable bush kit ensures that the rear wheels on your SL are flat on the road and in a straight line.
A negative camber can dramatically improve the handling of your R129 as the tyres are kept perpendicular to the road. Without this angle, the tyre would load on the outer portion of it, which would produce less grip when trying to steer in possibly challenging situations.
Also, if your tyres have a positive camber this means they are inclining outwards. The benefit of positive camber is that very little effort is required when steering them. Also, if you’re normally driving on uneven roads or surfaces, then you will want the added stability that positive cambers provide.
No matter what caster setting you use, make sure that your caster is symmetrical. Running a different amount of caster on one side will cause the car to pull to the side.
Choosing these for a track day? The bushes are able to increase negative camber (and track width) to reduce under steer, allowing to go deeper into the corners with improved traction, braking and cornering response; along with improved ability to hit those corner apexes every time in the pursuit of pole setting lap times on race day!
